基于移动学习的农民工职业教育探析

摘　　要：从学习方式、学习兴趣和学习基础来看,移动学习与农民工职业教育两者之间具有天然的契合性。基于移动学习的农民工职业教育包括职业技能教育和市民素养教育两方面内容,主要采用基础知识微课、应用操作视频和在线互动交流三种形式。基于移动学习的农民工职业教育可以通过发挥政府主导作用、调动企业与职业院校的积极性、提升农民工主动性等途径得以实现。In the perspective of learning style,interest and basis,there is a natural fit between mobile learning and vocational education of migrant workers.Vocational education for migrant workers based on mobile learning ineludes vocational skills education and citizenship education,mainly using such three forms as basic knowledge microlessons,application video and online interactive communication.Vocational education for migrant workers based on mobile learning can be achieved by giving play to the leading role of the government,mobilizing the enthusiasm of enterprises and vocational schools,and promoting the initiative of migrant workers.
