摘　　要：敬业是社会主义核心价值观中公民层面的价值准则,是职业道德的基本要求和理性浓缩。对制度层面中的行业标准,培训体系,考核、管理、评价体系以及激励机制等几个方面进行完善,能够为辅导员敬业营造更好的机制与环境,促进辅导员爱岗敬业,也为辅导员组织以及上级机构提供借鉴。Dedication to work is the civic value criterion of socialist core values,the basic requirement and rational concentration of professional ethics.Perfecting the industry standards,training system,assessment,management,evaluation system and incentive mechanism can create a better mechanism and environment for counselors to devote themselves to their work,promote their devotion to their work,and also provide reference for counselors'organizations and higher institutions.
