摘  要:诚信档案是上海市上海中学近年来自主开发的诚信管理模式,主要记录在校期间每位学生在行为诚信和学习诚信两方面的表现,通过追踪记录表的定期填写、数据资料的及时汇总、班级情况的全面分析、学生个案的主动跟进、与德育评价的直接挂钩等措施引导和规范了学生的在校诚信表现。实践研究形成的一些结论和反思可,为德育工作者提供实践性启示。"Integrity"is one of the core values of socialism and traditional virtues in China.High school students are at a crucial point to form their outlooks on life,values and worldviews.As institutions primarily responsible for civic education,high schools should not only teach scientific and cultural knowledge,but also cultivate students'ideologies and moral values,including integrity. "Integrity Archive"is an integrity management model independently developed by Shanghai High School in recent years,which mainly records the performance of each student in terms of behavioral integrity and learning integrity.Through regular tracking records,timely data summaries,comprehensive class analyses,active case follow-ups and a direct link with the evaluation of moral education,it proves effective in guiding and standardizing the students'integrity performance in school.Based on reflections and conclusions pertinent to the practice,this action research aims to inspire educators dedicated to moral education in a practical manner.
