摘　　要：为了保证装弹簧等间距排列的精度,提高床垫成品的舒适程度,采用了BECKHOFF基于PC的运动控制技术和EtherCAT总线技术。利用分时多任务技术,为关键控制任务和普通控制任务分配不同的运算周期,在经济的硬件平台上实现了高性能的控制。采用PLC模块化编程,解决了3个工艺难点,使产品生产质量高、产量快。In order to ensure the accuracy of equidistance control and improve the comfort of mattress products,PC based BECKHOFF motion control technology and EtherCAT communication technology are applied in the pocket spring machine.With real-time multi-task control mechanism,our method assigns short cycle time for high priority tasks and normal cycle time for others,resulting in a high performance machine with economic hardware platform.PLC modular programming is adopted, which solves three technological difficulties and helps to achieve both high quality and high yield.
