摘　　要：根据对黑龙江省高职院校推行现代学徒制试点工作的要求,收集相关资料进行课题研究,探索黑龙江旅游职业技术学院中西面点工艺专业现代学徒制教学模式的建设,将传统学徒制加以升华,针对专业特性从校企深度融合完善人才培养模式建设、课程体系建设、双导师团队建设、制定特色管理制度等方面进行探索与改革,对中西面点工艺专业现代学徒制建设进行了归纳与总结。According to the requirements of carrying out modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province,relevant data are collected for research,and the construction of modern apprenticeship system teaching mode for Chinese and Western pastry technology major in Heilongjiang Vocational College of Tourism is explored. The traditional apprenticeship system will be sublimated,and the construction of modern apprenticeship system for Chinese and western pastry technology major is summarized and concluded from the aspects of speciality on talent training mode construction,curriculum system construction,double tutor team construction and characteristic management system.
