契约完备程度对隐性知识获取影响的实证研究

摘　　要：随着市场竞争的不断加剧,隐性知识成为决定企业竞争优势的根本因素。研发联盟作为企业解决创新资源不足,尤其是知识资源不足的重要战略选择已受到普遍关注。因此,如何通过研发联盟获取更为重要的隐性知识资源是目前我国企业面临的重大现实问题。基于交易成本理论,该研究探讨了研发联盟中契约完备程度与隐性知识获取之间的关系,并分析了竞争强度与程序公平对上述关系的调节作用。通过对来自于中国196个研发联盟样本数据的多元调节回归分析检验了本文假设。研究表明:契约完备程度与隐性知识获取之间存在着显著的倒U型关系;竞争强度负向调节该倒U型关系,而程序公平对上述关系没有显著的影响。研究结果更为准确的揭示了契约完备性影响隐性知识获取的作用机理,以及二者关系存在的边界条件。同时,本文的研究结论也有助于企业通过契约有效管理知识获取的具体实践。As the market competition intensifies,tacit knowledge has become an important determinant of firm's competitive advantage.As an important strategic choice for enterprises to solve shortage of innovation resources,especially lack of knowledge resources,R&D alliance has received widespread attention.Therefore,how to acquire more important tacit knowledge resources through R&D alliance is a major practical problem for Chinese enterprises.Based on the TCE theory,this study examines the relationship between contract completeness and tacit knowledge acquisition,and the moderating role of competition intensity and procedural fairness.Results from a sample of 196 R&D alliances in China demonstrate that contractual completeness has an inverted U -shaped relationship with tacit knowledge acquisition.In addition,this study finds that the inverted U -shaped relationship between contractual completeness and tacit knowledge acquisition is weaker when competition intensity is high,while the inverted U -shaped relationship of contractual completeness on tacit knowledge acquisition is not influenced by procedural fairness.The research results more accurately revealed the mechanism of contract completeness affects tacit knowledge acquisition, and the boundary condition of the two relationships.At the same time,it has certain practical significance for enterprises to effectively manage knowledge acquisition through contracts.
