高校体育课程改革之学生体质健康干预的研究——以福州外语外贸学院为例

摘　　要：为充分发挥高校体育课程改革对学生体质健康的促进作用,结合福州外语外贸学院体育课程对学生体育健康形成的积极与消极干预影响,对现阶段我国高校体育课程改革与学生体质健康干预的关系进行探析,从而总结出相应的干预措施,确保我国高校学生体育健康水平得以提高。In order to give full play to the effect of college physical education curriculum reform on students ’physical health. Combining the positive and negative influence of the physical education curriculum of Fuzhou Foreign Language and Foreign Trade Institute on students’ physical education health,this paper probes into the relationship between the reform of college physical education curriculum and students ’ physical health intervention,and concludes the corresponding intervention measures to ensure that the health level of college students in our country can be improved.
