摘　　要：高校研究生不仅是受教育的客体,也是科研的生力军。研究生综合素质不仅指学生成绩的高低,更重要的是其科研能力、协作能力、解决问题能力等方面。重点关注高校人文社科类研究生对学校科研方面的贡献及其价值体现,通过分析总体贡献度及各类具体指标,进而挖掘影响研究生科研贡献背后的因素,包括政策诱因、评价制度等。University graduate students are not only the object of education,but also the new force of scientific research.The comprehensive quality of graduate students not only refers to the students'achievement,but also their scientific research ability,cooperation ability,problem-solving ability and so on.This paper focuses on the contribution and value of the graduate students of humanities and social sciences to the scientific research in colleges and universities, by analyzing the overall contribution degree and various specific indicators,excavates the factors that affect the contribution of graduate students to scientific research,including policy incentives,evaluation system and so on.
