摘　　要：我国食品安全物流环节缺乏被关注,其透明度状况有待研究。利用网络层次分析-模糊综合评价法构建食品安全物流环节信息透明度评价模型,对我国31个省、自治区、直辖市的151家食品物流企业进行数据采集,展开实证研究,量化当前食品安全物流环节信息透明情况。研究发现,当前我国食品安全物流环节信息透明度整体水平较好,但在披露运输人员具备的食品安全知识状况信息、运输设备信息等方面仍需完善。最后,针对食品安全物流环节的不足之处提出相应的提升策略。China's food safety logistics links lack of attention,its transparency needs to be studied.In this paper,the information transparency evaluation model of food safety logistics link is constructed by using the method of network hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,collects dates from 151 food logistics enterprises in 31 provinces, carries out empirical research to quantify the current situation of food safety logistics information transparency.It is found that the overall level of information transparency in food safety logistics in China is good,but it is still necessary to improve the disclosure of food safety knowledge and transportation equipment information of transportation personnel.Finally,aiming at the deficiency of food safety logistics link,the corresponding promotion strategy is put forward.
