新环境下高校信息素养教育实践的创新探索

摘　　要：[目的/意义]在迅速变化的信息技术与教育环境中,如何因时而变、因馆而宜、不断创新,开展适合高校发展的信息素养教育实践,是每个高校图书馆面临的挑战和机遇。全面剖析典型图书馆的实践和思路,有利于其他图书馆借鉴或反思。[方法/过程]系统梳理新环境下清华大学图书馆信息素养教育实践的创新举措,包括4个方面:顺应教育信息化的发展趋势,运用新技术改革教育模式;立足高校发展定位与需求,融入学校学术生态;研究信息素养教育新理念,加强科学规划与实施;契合用户群体需求特征,利用新媒体提升传播效果。[结果/结论]清华实践经验可以概括为:以新理念为指导,积极利用新技术、新媒体开拓信息素养教育的创新实践,全方位嵌入学校人才培养流程,有效融入学校学术生态,力争紧跟大学教学科研、人才培养的步伐,与新时代大学生的需求同步,但各馆的具体实施路径应因校而宜、因馆而宜。[Purpose/significance]In the rapidly changing information technology and education environment,it has been a challenge and also an opportunity for university library to provide information literacy education to meet the need of university development.A comprehensive case study of a specific library is beneficial to other libraries for reference or reflection.[Method/process]It systematically analyzes the innovative activities and strategies of information literacy education in Tsinghua University Library,which can be summarized as follows:reforming education models by using new technology;integrating information literacy education into the academic ecology of the university;and strengthening planning and implementation with new ideas;and using new media to enhance the effectiveness of education.[Result/conclusion] The practical experience of Tsinghua University Library includes :the guidance of new ideas,the application of new technologies and new media,embedding into teaching and research of the university,and keeping up with needs of students in the new era.However,the specific implementation path of each library should be suitable for its college.
