摘  要:为考察领导效能、工作满意度在情绪智力与农村小学校长职业倦怠关系中的链式中介效应,采用情绪智力量表、领导效能量表、工作满意度量表和职业倦怠量表对258名农村小学校长进行调查。结果表明:(1)领导效能是情绪智力与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间的中介变量;(2)工作满意度是领导效能与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间的中介变量;(3)领导效能和工作满意度在情绪智力与农村小学校长职业倦怠之间起链式中介作用。这些结果对农村小学校长职业倦怠的预防与干预具有重要的价值。Proper pressures can stimulate rural primary schools principals’ potential. But if the principals cannot cope with pressures successfully, and the pressures have not been released for a long period of time, he/she would be anxious, depressed, tired out and would descend in working efficiency, and even be exhausted. The phenomenon is called job burnout. It does not only influence the physical and mental health of principals of rural primary schools directly, but also seriously influence their interpersonal relationships and work capability. So, it is completely necessary to investigate the potential mechanisms of principals’ job burnout in rural primary schools so as to design effective prevention and intervention programs.Among many factors affecting principals’ job burnout in rural primary schools, the role of emotional intelligence has been increasingly recognized by both practitioners and researchers over the past few years. There is literature documenting that emotional intelligence has an important influence on principals’ job burnout in rural primary schools, but little is known about mediating processes underlying this relation. In relative literatures, leadership efficiency and job satisfaction are conducive to the decline of principals’ job burnout in rural primary schools. Leadership efficiency and job satisfaction are the reliable and powerful predictors of principals’ job burnout in rural primary schools. So, we tested whether leadership efficiency and job satisfaction served as mediators of the relationship between emotional intelligence and principals’ job burnout.To examine how emotional intelligence influenced principals’ job burnout in rural primary schools, 258 principals of rural primary schools(mean age= 40.09, SD= 8.03; mean working-age = 20.38, SD = 8.60) were recruited in the study to complete self-report questionnaires.
