摘　　要：在当前信息化建设大潮的影响下,高校财务管理信息化建设势在必行。高校财务管理工作的起点是预算,通过预算管理信息系统构建合理的预算申报、管理和分析框架,可以实现预算科学编制。文章以无锡职业技术学院的预算管理信息化建设工作为例,从预算管理系统的设计原则、实现过程以及系统操作流程来描述高校预算管理系统的设计与实现过程。Under the impact of the current tide of informatization development,the informatization construction of financial management in colleges and universities is an inevitable trend.Since budget is the starting point of financial management,through the informatization of budget management,a reasonable budget declaration,management and analysis framework is constructed to realize scientific budget preparation.This paper,based on the practical operation at Wuxi Institute of Technology,describes the design and implementation process of the budget management system in colleges and universities from the design principles,implementation process and system operation process of the budget management system.
