摘  要:以小型固定流化床为实验装置,LDO-75为催化剂,研究了不同温度下大豆油催化裂化产物分布情况,对产物汽油馏分进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析,采用FT-IR测试方法对液体产物中含氧基团进行分析,通过气相色谱对C5以下的气体产物进行分析。结果表明,当温度为550℃时,液收率和总收率最高,轻油收率随着温度升高先增加后降低,500℃时达到最高。汽油馏分中芳烃的质量分数较高,达60%以上。气体产物中丙烯、乙烯等低碳烯烃质量分数较高。Using a small fixed fluidized bed(FFB) as experimental device and LDO-75 as catalyst,the products distribution of soybean oil catalytic cracking is studied at different temperatures. GC-MS is used to analyze the composition of gasoline fraction and FT-IR is used to analyze the oxygen groups in liquid products.GC is used to analyze the gas products. It is shown that the liquid yield and total yield both reach the maximum at 550℃. Light oil yield increases first and decreases then with the increasing temperature. The content of aromatics among gasoline fraction is higher than 60%.The gas product has a relatively high content of light olefins such as propylene and ethylene.
