摘　　要：欧洲青年企业联盟(JADE)以"学生推动创业"为宗旨,号召"做中学"的体验式学习模式,致力于将"青年企业"的理念在欧洲及世界范围内推广。欧洲青年企业联盟在运行中实施青年企业、国家层面、超国家层面的三级运行结构,致力于搭建青年创业者交流平台,为青年创业者提供专业化的培训,以及积极从导师和公司两个方面拓展外部伙伴合作,形成了一整套标准化的青年企业建立流程。在教育成效上,欧洲青年企业联盟提供"做中学"的良性体验式学习循环,成功发展和提升学生的创业能力以及就业能力,对社会和经济产生了积极影响。以欧洲青年企业联盟为个案,系统研究和总结欧洲高校学生组织创业实践,对我国创业教育发挥学生组织的力量,重视"做中学"的体验学习,构建多元化的创业教育联盟,促进跨国家、跨地区的资源整合等方面将具有借鉴意义。The European Confederation of Junior Enterprises has taken Students Fostering Entrepreneurship as its feature and calls for learning by doing experiential learning pattern.It is committed to promoting the concept of Junior Enterprises in Europe and worldwide.There are three layers in organization structures of JADE.They are Junior Enterprise, national level confederation and European level confederation.JADE is committed to building a communication platform for young entrepreneurs and providing professional training for young entrepreneurs.JADE builds outside network with mentors and companies and fosters a standardized Junior Enterprise establishment process.As for educational effectiveness,the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises provides learning by doing,a positive experiential learning cycle,which has a significant and positive influence on development and promotion of student entrepreneurship and student employ-ability as well as growth of social and economic.Taking the European Confederation of Junior Enterprises as a case study,it systematically studies and summarizes the Entrepreneurship Practice of Students Organization in European Universities.It is of reference significance to give play to the strength of the Student Organization in Entrepreneurship Education in China,to pay attention to the learning by doing experiential learning,to build a diversified entrepreneur- ship education alliance and to promote the cross-national and cross-regional integration of resources.
