摘  要:高中生研究性学习是上海推进高考改革试点、实施综合素质评价过程中,在"创新精神与实践能力"板块重点关注的评价内容,也是高校在招生录取环节十分重视的综合素质评价信息。研究性学习是普通高中创新人才培养的重要抓手之一。上海市通过开展高中研究性学习实施情况调查,分析并提炼了本市在高考改革背景下基于研究性学习落实创新人才培养的主要经验,即加强学校研究型课程领导力、推进中小学创新实验室建设、与学生生涯规划教育相结合、组织跨学科教师团队全程全方位跟踪指导、提供多元化支持性社会资源、配套第三方评价与认证驱动等。同时,对未来普通高中教育进一步深化研究型课程实施提出修订课程指南、加强经费配套、优化教师研训、促进技术融合、完善协同机制等建议和展望。Research-based learning in senior high school is the most important and emphasized content for the assessment of 'Innovative Spirit and Ability of Practice' in Students' Comprehensive Quality Assessment under the background of College Entrance Examination Reform in Shanghai. Meanwhile, colleges and universities pay a lot attention to the assessment of students' research-based learning during their interview and enrollment period as well. As one of the key methods for the cultivation of innovative talents in high school, we conclude six main ideas and experience of promoting research-based learning in Shanghai based on an investigation, including: practices of enhancing high school researchbased curriculum leadership, constructing school innovative laboratory, combining with students' career development guidance, organizing interdisciplinary teaching force to provide all-round tracking and guidance, expanding supportive social resources and implementing third-party assessment, etc. In addition, we make a prospect on the future deepening of research-based learning in senior high school, suggesting the revising of research-based curriculum guidelines, strengthening expenditure matching, optimizing teachers' teaching research and training, promoting technology integration and improving synergy mechanisms.
