摘　　要：本文以新媒体时代的英语教学多样化特点为基础,进行了满足现代英语教学的软件设计,并且介绍了软件设计及开发的方法和原则,以此全面诠释网络教育软件开发技术和理论。在新媒体时代英语教学软件开发中,要进行软件应用需求及可行性的分析,对于软件系统环境要有全面的了解并进行优化,在软件开发过程中应用数据库技术来满足学生在不同学习阶段的需求,从而提高教师的英语教学效率及质量。In this paper,the diversification of English teaching characteristics in the new media era is considered as a foundation.A modern English teaching software is developed to meet the teaching requirement.The method and principle of software design and development are introduced to comprehensively interpret the technology and theory of network education software development.In the development of the new media era of English teaching software,it is necessary to realize the software application requirements and feasibility analysis,and further optimize software environment.In the process of software development,the database technology is used to meet the goals of different learning stages,so as to improve teachers’ English teaching efficiency and quality.
