摘 要:以动态能力理论为基础,利用198份来自广东的中小企业研究样本,探究创业拼凑对中小企业绩效的影响机制及组织学习对创业拼凑与中小企业绩效关系的影响。研究结果表明:创业拼凑与中小企业财务绩效之间呈正向关系,创业拼凑与中小企业成长绩效之间呈U型关系;提高探索式学习会增强创业拼凑与中小企业财务绩效之间的关系,也会增强创业拼凑与中小企业成长绩效之间的关系;提高利用式学习会减弱创业拼凑与中小企业财务绩效之间的关系。Based on the dynamic capability perspective,this study use 198 samples of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)from Guangdong province,to probe into the effect of entrepreneurial bricolage (bricolage)on the performance of SMEs,and the impact of organizational learning on the relationship between bricolage and the performance of SMEs.The results indicate that there is a positive relationship between brieolage and the financial performance of SMEs,but a U-shaped relationship between bricolage and the growth performance of SMEs;the level of exploratory learning has a positive moderating impact on the relationship between bricolage and the financial performance of SMEs,and the relationship between bricolage and growth performance of SMEs;the level of exploitative learning will weaken the relationship between bricolage and the financial performance of SMEs.
