摘 要:目的分析长春市2016年腹泻监测病例中诺如病毒(norovius,NV)分子流行病学特征。方法收集2015年12月~2016年10月长春市3家监测点医院的腹泻病例粪便样本201份,采用Real-time PCR法检测,阳性样本进行核苷酸序列测定,选取GenBank数据库中同源性较接近的参考株,应用MEGA 6. 0软件构建系统进化树。结果201份粪便样本中,Real-time PCR检测NV阳性样本36份,阳性检出率为17. 9%,均为GⅡ型;测序共获得28份结果,均为GⅡ型。系统进化树分析表明,28份样本中GⅡ. 4型16份(57. 1%),GⅡ. 3型6份(21. 4%),GⅡ. 17型6份(21. 4%)。结论 2016年长春市存在多种NV基因型感染,GⅡ. 4型略占优势。Objective To analyze the molecular epidemiological characteristics of norovirus(NV)isolated from foodborne diseases cases in Changchun City,Jilin Province,China in 2016. Methods A total of 201 fecal specimens of patients with diarrhea were collected from three designated hospitals from December 2015 to October 2016 and detected by Realtime PCR. The nucleotide of positive specimens were sequenced,based on which a phylogenetic tree was constructed with the homologous reference in GenBank by using MEGA 6. 0 software. Results Of the 201 fecal specimens,36 were positive for NV by Real-time PCR,indicating a positive rate of 17. 9%,and all the strains belonged to genogroupⅡ(GⅡ). Twenty-eight specimens were confirmed by sequencing,all of which belonged to GⅡ. Phylogenetic tree showed that,of the 28 specimens,16(57. 1%)belonged to GⅡ.4,6(21. 4%)to GⅡ.3,and 6(21. 4%)to GⅡ.17. Conclusion Infections with NV of various genotypes occurred in Changchun in 2016,of which those caused by G Ⅱ.4 were predominant.
