摘　　要：失效分析报告撰写是通过对失效事件客观而科学的说明和论证,运用概念、判断、证明等逻辑推理手段和科学论证方法,对失效现象和各种理化检验结果进行综合分析和评定,最后得出发生失效的根本原因和失效机理,并提出预防再失效的措施或建议。对失效分析报告撰写过程中的语言特点、思维方式、论证方法、写作技巧,以及失效分析报告书写时的一般要求和基本内容作了分类说明,并以实际举例的形式介绍了失效分析报告的编排和写作内容。The writing of failure analysis reports,is through objective and scientific explanation and demonstration of failure events and using logical reasoning and scientific demonstration methods such as concept, judgement and proof to analyze and evaluate the failure phenomena and various physical and chemical test results comprehensively,and finally to obtain the root causes and failure mechanism of the failure.The language characteristics,thinking ways,demonstrating methods,writing skills,and general requirements and basic contents of the failure analysis reports were explained in the process of writing the failure analysis reports,and the arrangement and contents of the failure analysis reports were introduced in the form of practical examples.
