摘 要:针对一些高新领域对大传动比减速器的特殊要求及现有大传动比减速器所存在的各种缺陷,提出了一种由8个圆锥齿轮构成的减速器结构设计方案,并通过理论计算、电脑仿真等方法验证该方案的可行性。从提高减速器的传动比、降低整机尺寸的角度出发,利用差速器的二自由度特性,结合少齿差减速理论,通过串联两级差速器得到一种大传动比减速器,再利用ADAMS软件进行建模与虚拟样机分析,得出新减速器的传动特性,并证明其传动原理的正确性。最后,通过与现有的大传动比减速器进行比较,分析新减速器设计方案的目的和意义。结果表明,新减速器既能获得较大的传动比,又能保持体积小、质量轻、功率密度大的特点,更重要的是它能够克服现有新型减速器由于结构原因所固有的缺陷。In view of the special demand for the reducer with a large transmission ratio in some high-tech fields and many flaws of the current reducer with a large transmission ratio,the physical design of the reducer with eight bevel gears is presented.Such methods as theoretical calculation and computer simulation are adopted to prove the feasibility of the new reducer.In order to increase the reducer’s transmission ratio and decrease its boundary dimension,the differential mechanism’s two-degree of freedom is adopted,in conjunction with the theory of reducer with small tooth difference.Thus,with the aid of two differential mechanisms in series,the new reducer with a large transmission ratio is developed.Then,in order to obtain the new reducer’s transmission characteristics and demonstrate its correctness,the ADAMS software is adopted to make a 3D drawing and analyze the virtual prototype.Finally,a comparison is conducted between the new reducer and the current reducer with a large transmission ratio.The results show that the new reducer with a large transmission ratio has many advantages,such as small volume,low mass,and high power density.What is more,it can eliminate the inherent defects caused by structural design.
