摘　　要：为了使我国高等医学教育更好地适应国家及经济社会发展需要,需要更新教育理念,并以此引导和推动医学教学改革。基于成果导向教育为医学教学设计提供了一个新的发展思路。本文提出了基于成果导向教育的医学教学设计应着力实现三个转变,从培养目标、课程体系、教学大纲三个方面介绍了如何实施基于成果导向教育的医学教学设计。In order to make China's higher medical education better adapt to the needs of national and economic and social development, it is necessary to update the educational concept and guide and promote medical teaching reform.Results-based education provides a new development idea for medical teaching design.This paper puts forward that the medical teaching design based on results-oriented education should focus on three changes,and introduces how to implement the medical teaching design based on results-oriented education from three aspects: training objectives,curriculum system and syllabus.
