摘　　要：创新创业教育已成为我国高等教育人才培养理论研究和实践探索的聚焦点。本文以高职院校实施创新创业教育改革为研究对象,分析高职类型大学生创新创业教育现状及存在的问题;以此为基础构建I-C-B三层递进创新创业教育体系,并以陕西工业职业技术学院为载体,探索高职院校创新创业人才培养新途径。Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become the focus of theoretical research and practical exploration of higher education personnel training in China.This paper takes the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges as the research object and analyzes the situation and problems in it.On this basis,a three -tier progressive innovation and Subsequently,taking Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute as the entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges. entrepreneurship education system has been established. carrier,new ways are explored to cultivate innovative and
