摘　　要：谈话是班主任开展德育工作、管理班级的重要手段,班主任对学生的谈话既是一门科学,又是一门艺术,班主任只有在充分了解学生的基础上,把握好谈话的时机,用平等的眼光和友善的态度对待学生,并因人而异采取多样化的谈话方式,才能取得谈话的成功性,从而达到育人的目标。The conversation is an important means for the class teacher to carry out moral education and manage the class. The class teacher’s conversation with the students is both a science and an art. The class teacher only grasps the opportunity of the conversation and uses an equal eye on the basis of fully understanding the students. A friendly attitude towards students and a variety of conversations that vary from person to person can achieve the success of the conversation and achieve the goal of educating people.
