澳大利亚TAE培训课堂对政法类高职院校课堂教学标准制定的启示

摘　　要：澳大利亚TAE培训体系是全球非常成熟且具有显著成效的职业教育培训体系,其中TAE培训的课堂具有注重职业能力养成、分组学习、以学生为中心、教学资源多样丰富、具有竞争和奖励机制、快乐教学、课堂结构明确、积极反馈等鲜明的特点,结合政法高职院校自身特点,TAE培训的课堂特点对政法类高职院校课堂教学标准的制定具有很好的借鉴意义。The Australian TAE training system is a very mature and highly effective vocational education training system in the world.The TAE training class focus on professional competence,group learning,student centered,diverse teaching reso-urces,competitive and rewarding mechanisms,happy teaching,clear classroom structure and positive feedback .etc.Combining the characteristics of political and legal vocational colleges,the classroom characteristics of TAE training have a good reference to the formulation of classroom teaching standards for political and legal vocational colleges.
