摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职酒店管理专业重要的教学环节之一,学生、学校与酒店三方有广阔的合作共赢空间,但目前总体情况却不尽如人意。针对酒店管理专业顶岗实习的学生、酒店及学校进行调研和分析,找出三方存在的问题,并提出解决的建议,实现三方"共赢"目标。Post-training is one of the important teaching links in the professional management of higher vocational schools.Students, schools and hotels have broad cooperation and win-win space, but the overall situation is not satisfactory. Investigate and analyze the students, hotels and schools in the hotel management professional internship, find out the problems existing in the three parties, and propose solutions to achieve the three-way "win-win" goal.
