摘　　要：Glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness in the world and a group of diseases of the optic nerve involving loss of retinal ganglion cells in a characteristic pattern of optic neuropathy.Gene, environment and trans-lamina cribrosa pressure gradients are implicated in the pathogenesis of glaucoma [1-5].Glaucoma can be classified as open-angle or angle-closure glaucoma according to the anterior chamber angle.
