摘 要:目的探讨结构化教育在自闭症儿童康复训练中的应用效果。方法取2015年3月~2017年6月医院收治的自闭症儿童120例,随机分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组采用常规方法康复训练,观察组采用结构化教育康复训练,采用自闭症儿童行为检查量表(ABC),自闭症治疗评估量表(ATEC)和自闭症发育障碍心理教育量表(C-PEP)比较两组患儿临床康复效果。结果观察组治疗后12个月后ABC和ATEC量表评分均低于对照组,C-PEP评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自闭症儿童康复训练中采用结构化教育临床效果理想,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of structured education in rehabilitation training for children with autism. Methods A total of 120 autistic children admitted to the hospital from March 2015 to June-2017 were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60). The control group received routine rehabilitation training,the observation group received structured rehabilitation training,and the scales of ABC,ATEC and C-PEP were used to compare the clinical rehabilitation effect between the two groups. Results 12 months after treatment behavior,scores of ABC and ATEC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and scores of C-PEP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of structured education in rehabilitation training for autistic children is ideal,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical work.
