摘  要:深化中小学教育改革要求教师必须具有良好的艺术素质。教师的艺术素质既是教师处理教学问题的智慧和能力,又指教师的技术手段和艺术水平。认识教师艺术素质提升的意义是工匠性教师成长为专家型教师的重要内涵。培养全面发展的学生迫切需要包括艺术水平在内的全面发展的教师。经典阅读、机制保障和平台展示是教师艺术素质提升的有效途径。Deepening the reform of primary and secondary education requires teachers to have a good artistic quality.The artistic quality of teachers refers not only to the wisdom and ability of teachers to deal with teaching problems,but also to the technical means and artistic level of teachers.Understanding the significance of improving teachers'artistic quality is an important factor for a skilled teacher to grow into an expert teacher.Reading classics,guaranteeing development mechanism and teaching demonstration are all effective ways to improve teachers'artistic quality.The development of all-round students urgently needs teachers who have comprehensive developed skills,including artistic skill.
