创业者吸收能力、双元创新战略对天生国际化企业成长绩效的影响  

The Effect of Absorptive Capacity of the Entrepreneurs and Ambidexterity Innovation Strategy on the Growth Performance of Born Globals

摘　　要：创业者是天生国际化企业创立和运营的核心,其吸收能力已成为天生国际化企业成长中关键要素。基于吸收能力理论和双元创新理论,以216份天生国际化企业为数据样本,探究了创业者吸收能力、双元创新战略对天生国际化企业成长绩效的作用机制。结果显示,在不考虑其他因素的条件下,创业者吸收能力的三维度识别外部知识、同化外部知识、利用外部知识分别对天生国际化企业成长绩效具有显著的正向影响作用。双元创新战略分别在识别外部知识以及同化外部知识与天生国际化企业成长绩效之间存在完全中介作用;但双元创新战略对利用外部知识和天生国际化企业成长绩效存在部分中介作用。Entrepreneurs stay the core position during the process of growth of born globals. The absorptive capacity of entrepreneurs provides the knowledge accumulation for the sustainable development in innovation and entrepreneurial opportunity identification. Based on knowledge management theory and ambidexterity innovation strategy, using 216 questionnaire data, it analyses the ambidexterity innovation strategy as a mediating variable and use multiple regressions method to study the impact of absorptive capacity of the entrepreneurs on the growth performance of born globals. The results show that absorptive capacity of the entrepreneurs has a significantly positive impact on the growth performance of born globals. Furthermore, ambidexterity innovation strategy has a completely mediating role in the impact of identification of external knowledge and assimilation of external knowledge on the growth performance of born globals, but it has a partially mediating role in the relationship between utilization of external knowledge and the growth performance of born global.
