摘  要:高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的直接组织者、管理者、实施者,又是学生健康成长的见证人、引路人。然而,当前高校辅导员职业理想信念薄弱、职业从业角色冲突、职业能力水平不足、职业发展空间狭隘等因素诱发其职业从业倦怠情绪生成,进而影响到大学生思想政治教育的有效开展。从坚守理想信念、增强职业认同,明晰岗位职责、定位职业角色,加强理论学习、提升专业水平,完善保障机制、确保队伍稳定等方面提出应对策略。College counselors are direct organizers, managers and implementers of students' ideological and political education,as well as witnesses and guides for students' healthy growth. However, factors such as weak professional ideals and beliefs of college counselors, conflict of professional roles, lack of professional competence, and narrow career development space induce the generation of occupational burnout, which then affects the effective development of college students' ideological and political education. From holding on to ideal belief, strengthening professional identity;Clarify job responsibilities and position professional roles;Strengthen theoretical study and improve professional level;Improve the security mechanism to ensure the stability of the team and other aspects of the response strategy.
