摘 要:双向双语教育是一种具有鲜明特色、实施方式独到的新型双语教育模式。本文首先对国外双向双语教育实践的规律、特点和效果进行了梳理总结;国外实践的结果表明,参加双向双语教育项目的学生在学业成就和语言能力上都展现出积极的成果。在此基础上,对在我国少数民族地区开展双向双语教育的可行性进行了分析,并结合实际情况,提出创建积极有利的社会环境氛围、制定相应的区域性支持政策、提高学校层面的双语教育管理水平、提倡家校共建TWI项目、深入开展双向双语项目意向调研等实施建议。Two-way bilingual education is a new mode of bilingual education with distinctive characteristics and a unique way of implementation. This paper summarizes the rules, characteristics and effects of the practice of two-way bilingual education in foreign countries. The results show that the students participating in the two-way bilingual education project have shown positive results in academic achievement and language ability. On this basis, the feasibility of carrying out the two-way bilingual education in ethnic areas in China is analyzed. Based on the actual situation, proposals are put forward such as creating a positive and favorable social environment, formulating corresponding regional support policies, improving the level of bilingual education management at school level, and advocating home-school co-construction of TWI projects.
