摘　　要：择弥教学法是在老师的指导下,大学生以小组形式进行讨论和研究的一种教学方法。食品专业综合实验是高等学校食品科学与工程专业必修课程。在食品专业综合实验教学中实施择弥教学法,构建择弥教学模式,并对实施效果进行了分析归纳。Seminar teaching methodology is a kind of teaching method under the guidance of the teacher and the college students discuss and study in small groups. The comprehensive experiment of food specialty is a required course for food science and engineering majors in institutions of higher learning. In the comprehensive experimental teaching of food specialty, we implemented the method of seminar teaching methodology, built a teaching model and analyzed the implementation effect.
