摘  要:为了实现工业摄影测量中比例尺的便携携带和自动识别,设计了一种可拆装比例尺,通过机械结构实现了快速拼装的尺寸稳定性,通过编码点和特征点在射影变换中交比不变性原理实现比例尺的自动识别。比例尺由两根碳纤维管采用圆锥面拼接形成,两端设计安装有两个特征点和两个编码点。为了验证机械拼接对长度稳定性影响,通过影像测长仪对比例尺在三种不同拆装方式下进行了实验验证。实验结果表明比例尺经不同方式拆装,其拼接后的长度值一致性很好,最大误差为1. 3μm,多次测量结果最大误差均小于2μm。将比例尺应用于实际测量中,根据编码点和特征点在像面上交比不变性,实现了比例尺的自动识别。In order to realize the portable carrying and automatic identification of the scale in industrial photogrammetry,a detachable scale is designed,and the scale stability of the rapid assembly is realized through the mechanical structure. The automatic identification of the scale is realized by the invariance principles of the coding point and the feature point in the projective transformation. The scale is formed by two carbon fiber tubes with conical surface stitching,two feature points and two code points are designed and installed at both ends. In order to verify the influence of mechanical splicing on the length stability,the scale was tested by three different disassembly methods through the image length measuring instrument. The experimental results show that the scale is disassembled in different ways,and the length value after splicing is very consistent. The maximum error is 1. 3 μm,and the maximum error of multiple measurement results is less than 2 μm. The scale is applied to the actual measurement,and the automatic recognition of the scale is realized according to the invariance of the intersection ratio between the code point and the feature point on the image plane.
