摘  要:目的:通过对全国高职护理院校的人才培养现状分析,立足"医教协同"的医护类人才培养路径,从人才培养的标准、人才培养的过程和人才培养的评价等三个环节进行系统性设计和改革,提升培养质量。方法:首先,将临床岗位要求融入专业建设,构建"三维并重"的质量标准;以此为逻辑起点,系统设计并实施从资源到课程到教学改革"三环联动"的培养过程;最后,在培养过程中构建与应用"三阶过关"的学业评价体系。结果:基于"医教协同"的"三维并重、三环联动和三阶过关"的高职护理专业人才培养路径能有效地提升人才培养质量。结论:基于"医教协同"的"三维并重、三环联动和三阶过关"的高职护理专业培养是提升人才培养质量的有效路径和方法。Objective: To improve the quality of nursing students by systematic design and reform from the standards,the process and the evaluation of personnel training through the analysis of the current situation of higher vocational nursing education in China,based on the training path of medical college and hospital collaboration mode;Methods: firstly,the clinical requirements were integrated into the professional construction,and the"three-dimensional quality standard"was constructed as a logical starting point,then,"three-link linkage": from resources to curriculum to teaching reform. was designed and implemented in the cultivation process;Finally,the"third-level pass"academic evaluation system was constructed and applied;Results: the coordination of medical college and hospital can effectively improve the quality of nursing students;Conclusion: the training path of nursing professionals based on the coordination of medical college and hospital is an effective way and method to improve the quality of talents.
