摘　　要：思想政治学科教学论是专门研究思想政治学科教学规律和艺术的一门学问。它能帮助师范生树立教师职业认同感、掌握本学科教学和应用教学理论、培养师范生的教学实践能力,使其初步具备中学思想政治课教师应具有的道德、知识、能力等方面的职业素养。然而由于人们认识上的偏见以及学科自身价值、功能凸显不够,加之该学科教师长期处于边缘化的境地,致使该学科教学在师范生职业素养培养过程中存在课时不足、教学内容修订滞后、师资力量薄弱、学生技能训练不足等问题,根据Z师范学院该学科课程设置和教学情况,针对上述问题提出一些改进措施,以期充分发挥思想政治学科教学论在师范生职业素养培养过程中的有效性。The theory of ideological and political teaching is a science that specially studies the law and art of ideological and political teaching. It can help normal college students to build their own professional identity,master the theory of teaching and applied teaching related and cultivate the practical teaching abilities of normal college students so that they can possess such initial professional literacy as ethics,knowledge,abilities,etc. However,because people take the bias standpoint,its own values and functions are not prominent enough and the teachers are marginalized in a long term,there are some problems in cultivating the normal college students’ professional literacy like insufficient class hours,the hysteretic revision of teaching contents,shortage of teachers,lack of skills training,etc. Based on the ideological and political curriculum and teaching in Zhoukou Normal University,some improvement measures are proposed in accordance with the above problems,expecting the theory can play an effective role in cultivating the normal college students’ professional literacy.
