摘　　要："工程文化与专业教育融合"是转型期的地方高校工程人才培养模式的新路径。当前,地方高校工程人才培养现行模式中存在的单一专业教育或流于形式的人文素养课程等问题,不能适应新时代社会对工程人才规格的需求。"工程文化与专业教育融合"具有坚实的理论基础和现实必然性。正确树立工程文化与专业教育融合观念、建立有效融合机制、提升融合使命,能够创新地方高校工程人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量和规格。"Integration of engineering culture and professional education"is a new approach to the training mode of engineering talents in local universities during the transitional period. At present,the problems existing in the current engineering talents training mode,such as a single professional education or a mere formality of humanities courses,cannot meet the needs of the new era for engineering talents. "Integration of engineering culture and professional education"has a solid theoretical basis and realistic inevitability.The correct establishment of the concept of integration of engineering culture and professional education,the establishment of effective integration mechanism and the promotion of integration mission can innovate the training mode of engineering talents in colleges and universities and improve the quality and specifications of talents training.
