摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的发展,微课作为高职教育课堂教学的重要补充资源,以全新的模式应用于高职院校。以《物流服务礼仪》课程为例,从开发微课程的设计模式出发,根据物流岗位需求,梳理课程知识点。并针对各个知识点设计教学环节并实施的过程,试图探索一条新的教改模式。In the case of the Logistics Service Etiquette course,and starting from the mode for the design and development of the micro-course,this paper sorts out the knowledge points of the course according to the job requirement of the logistics posts,designs the teaching link for them and outlines the relevant implementation process.
