摘 要:教师专业成长力的研究对于克服体育教师的职业惰性、推动研究型体育教师的形成和推进体育专职教师教育的范式转型都具有重要意义。针对学校体育变革背景下体育教师职业地位的低下和教育环境的影响,教师自身不作为和"舒适地带"的存在,教师间的"习惯性防卫"和合作文化的缺失等问题,可以从教师教育范式的创新、专业成长动力系统的创建、知识分享机制的形成和发展性教师评价体系的构建等方面提出重构体育教师专业成长力的策略,为体育教师自我发展开拓新的思路。The research on teachers’ professional growth ability is of great significance to overcome the professional inertia of physical education(PE)teachers, promote the development of research-oriented PE teachers and the paradigm transformation of full-time PE teachers. As for such problems as the low professional status of PE teachers and the influence of educational environment in the background of PE reform in school, the teachers’ inaction, the existence of"comfortable zone", the"habitual defense"among teachers and the lack of cooperative culture, we can put forward the strategy of reconstructing the professional growth ability of PE teachers in such aspects as innovating the paradigm of teachers’ education, establishing the dynamic system of professional growth, and building the knowledgesharing mechanism and the system of developmental teachers’ evaluation so as to create new ideas for the self-development of PE teachers.
