摘 要:随着移动设备和无线互联网的快速普及,我国教育类APP获得蓬勃发展,然而与之相对应的是不够完善的评价指标体系和相对薄弱的评价指标体系研究。构建多维视角下的教育类APP评价指标体系,应坚持系统性、一致性、本质性、独立性、可比性、可测量性的原则,确定评价对象和目标,初建评价指标体系,遴选评价指标,设定评价指标的权重,确定评价标准,并理清教育评价诸方面的关系。With the rapid spread of mobile devices and wireless Internet,China's educational APPs have flourished a lot.However,theirevaluation index system is imperfect and the related researchesare also relatively weak. To construct an evaluation index system for educational APPs from a multi-dimensional perspective,we should,by adhering to the principles of systematicness,consistency,essence,independence,comparability and measurability, determine the evaluation targets and objectives,establish the initial evaluation index system,select the evaluation index,set the evaluation index weight,determine the evaluation criteria,and clarify the relationship srelated to the educational evaluation.
