摘 要:为了明确舞毒蛾幼虫对阿维·杀铃脲复合剂胁迫的响应机制,以阿维菌素单剂、杀铃脲单剂及丙酮溶剂为对照,应用阿维·杀铃脲复合剂对舞毒蛾3龄幼虫进行处理,将含0.50,1.10μg/g的阿维菌素混毒饲料分别作为阿维菌素低浓度组及阿维菌素高浓度组,将含8.30,16.60μg/g的杀铃脲混毒饲料,分别作为杀铃脲低浓度组及杀铃脲高浓度组,将含0.50μg/g阿维菌素与含8.30μg/g杀铃脲的阿维·杀铃脲复合剂混毒饲料,以及含1.10μg/g阿维菌素与含16.60μg/g杀铃脲的阿维·杀铃脲复合剂混毒饲料,分别作为阿维·杀铃脲复合剂低浓度组及高浓度组,并设置丙酮溶剂作为对照组,对大小一致的健康舞毒蛾3龄幼虫进行饲料混药处理,统计处理24 h后舞毒蛾幼虫的死亡率,测定舞毒蛾幼虫营养成分含量及消化酶活力。结果表明:阿维菌素单剂和杀铃脲单剂处理组舞毒蛾幼虫全部存活,复合剂低浓度组舞毒蛾幼虫死亡率为1.15%,与单剂组和对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),复合剂高浓度组舞毒蛾幼虫死亡率为4.11%,与复合剂低浓度组相比差异显著(P<0.05);药剂处理降低了舞毒蛾幼虫蛋白质含量和碳水化合物含量,而对海藻糖含量和脂质含量的影响不一致;药剂处理提高了舞毒蛾幼虫的蛋白酶活力、脂肪酶活力,降低了舞毒蛾幼虫淀粉酶活力、海藻糖酶活力;舞毒蛾3龄幼虫脂质含量与死亡率显著相关(P<0.05),蛋白酶、脂肪酶活力与死亡率显著相关(P<0.05)。In order to clarify the response mechanism of the 3 rd instar larvae of Lymantria dispar to the stress of Avm-triflumizole complex,the 3 rd instar larvae were treated with 0.50 or 1.10 μg/g of abamectin-mixed feed, which were used as the low concentration group of abamectin and the high concentration group of abamectin,with 8.30 or 16.60 μg/g of triflumuron-mixed feed, which were used as the low concentration group of triflumuronand the high concentration group of triflumuron. The 0.50 μg/g abamectin,8.30 μg/g triflumuron-mixedtoxic mixture and the 1.10 μg/g abamectin,16.60 μg/g triflumuron-mixed toxic mixturewere used as a low concentration group of avm-triflumizole complex and a high concentration group of avm-triflumizole complex respectively. The acetone solvent was used as the control group. These drugs mixed with feed to 3 rd instar larvae of Lymantria dispar,and the mortality of the Lymantria dispar larvae was measured 24 hours later. The nutrient content and digestive enzyme activity of the Lymantria dispar larvae were determined. The results showed that the abamectinand triflumuronsingle agent all survived, and the mortality rate of the Lymantria dispar larvae in the low-concentration group was 1.15%, which was not significantly different from the single-agent group and the control group(P>0.05), the mortality rate of the larvae of the high concentration group was 4.11%, which was significantly different from the low concentration group(P<0.05). The treatment reduced the protein content and carbohydrate content of the Lymantria dispar larvae. The effects of trehalose content and lipid content were inconsistent;the treatment of the larvae increased the protease activity and lipase activity, decreased the amylase activity and trehalase activity of the Lymantria dispar larvae;the lipid content of the third instar larvae of Lymantria dispar mortality was significantly correlated with mortality(P<0.05), and protease and lipase activity were significantly correlated with mortality(P<0.05).
