摘 要:与城市学校实践及其建制发育成优势的体系相比,乡村学校实践及其建制目前处于有待振兴的阶段,这与国家的整体建设路线一脉相承。无论是"撤点并校"的具体举措,还是"调结构"的制度设计,都采用了集中资源先办好一批学校,然后再办大学校规模的发展模式。发展路径上,认为乡村学校实践及其建制可以参照城市学校实践及其建制进行。发展观念上,主张规模出效益,偏向于"大学校一定更好"。研究显示,内部的"贱农"心理构成了当前我国乡村学校重塑不力的悲剧之源,抛弃它比反城市化更紧迫。出自"贱农"心理的内部轻视比外部轻视更值得优先解决。Compared with the system in which urban school practice and its system have developed into advantages, rural school practice and its system are at the stage to be revitalized, which is in line with the overall construction line of the country. Whether it is the specific measure of "withdrawing points and merging schools"or the system design of "adjusting structure", we have adopted the development mode of focusing resources on relatively small number of schools to elevate their quality and then expend their scale.On the development path, it is believed that the practice and system of rural schools can be carried out by referring to the practice and system of urban schools. In terms of development concept, it advocates the achievement comes out of scale and tends to believe that"a school with big scale must be better". Research shows that the inner tendency of underrating rural development constitutes the source of the tragedy of the ineffective reconstruction of rural schools in China, and abandoning it is more urgent than anti-urbanization. Internal contempt derived from the tendency of underrating rural development deserves priority over external contempt.
