摘  要:针对高职生物化学与分子生物学课程理论内容多、错综复杂、抽象难懂,实践性强、涉及技术面广,学生学习起来感到难以理清头绪,学到的知识不容易形成体系,师生普遍反映该课程教学难度大,学习效果差的实际情况。为此在生物化学与分子生物学教学中,以生物化学与分子生物学岗位工作任务为引领,以强化技能训练为主导,将生物化学与分子生物学抽象的理论知识融合于岗位工作任务之中,构建了项目化课程体系,教学方法改革创新、多措并举,考核方式多元化。结果表明:通过课程改革与实践,提高学生对课程学习的学习兴趣和参与度,培养了学生的动手操作能力、创新思维能力创和团队合作能力,取得了显著教学效果,促进教学相长。In higher vocational colleges, the course of Biochemistry and molecular biology contain a lot of theoretical contents and are intricate and complex, abstract and difficult to understand, with strong practicality and involves a wide range of technology. It is difficult for students to sort out in their studies and form a system of their knowledge. Teachers and students generally reflect that the course is difficult to teach and the learning effect is poor. Therefore, in the teaching of Biochemistry and molecular biology, under the guidance of the post task of biochemistry and molecular biology, to strengthen skills training as the leading factor, the theory of biochemistry and molecular biology is integrated into the post work task. We have constructed a project-based curriculum system, and innovative teaching methods, and take a variety of measures at the same time, and put into use of diversified assessment methods. The results show that through curriculum reform and practice, students’ interest and participation in curriculum learning are improved, students’ practical ability, innovative thinking ability and teamwork ability are cultivated.
