摘  要:注重实践能力培养是卓越教师培养改革计划对培养单位提出的改革要点之一,同时,实践能力也是新课改对小学教师素质的基本要求,是检验小学教育专业水平的主要指标。因此,承担卓越教师培养主要任务的小学教育专业因生源质量不高、课程设置不合理、对实践能力培养不够重视等因素,导致学生实践能力不强,应通过优化课程设置、改革教育教学模式、强化技能训练等途径提升学生的实践能力。Paying attention to the cultivation of practical ability is one of the key points of reform proposed by the excellent teacher training reform plan for the training unit. At the same time, the practical ability is also the basic requirement of the new curriculum reform for the quality of primary school teachers, and it is the main indicator for testing the professional level of primary education. Therefore, the primary education major undertaking the main tasks of excellent teacher training is not strong due to factors such as low quality of students, unreasonable curriculum, and insufficient attention to the cultivation of practical ability. It is necessary to improve students’ practical ability by optimizing curriculum, reforming education and teaching models, and strengthening skills training.
