摘  要:吉林省在实施"国培计划"项目中一直秉承示范引领、雪中送炭和促进改革的宗旨,以支持乡村教师专业发展为重点,通过建立高等学校、远程培训机构、县级教师进修学校和优质中小学幼儿园协同实施的完善配套培训体系,以项目区县为核心,重心下移,有效地把握项目县培训实施的几个关键环节:精准调研,做好培训需求分析,准确诊断,掌握学员个体学习特征,聚焦培训目标,设置有针对性的培训课程,优化培训师资资源,发挥研修主体的参与作用和全程监测与控制培训质量,取得了良好成效。In the process of implementing the"National Training Program"project, Jilin Province has been adhering to the principle of demonstration leading, offering timely help and promoting reform, with a focus on supporting the professional development of rural teachers, through the establishment of a comprehensive training system for the implementation of higher education, distance training institutions, county-level teacher training schools and high-quality primary and secondary school kindergartens.Taking the project districts and counties as the core, the focus shifts down and effectively grasp the key links of project implementation in the project counties: study well, analyzing training needs;diagnose accurately, mastering the individual learning characteristics of the trainees;focus on training objectives, setting up targeted training courses;optimize the training teacher resources, giving play to the participation of the training subjects;monitor and control training quality throughout the process. So far, good results have been achieved.
