摘  要:伴随着国家新一轮高考改革政策与指导意见的出台,各省、市开始实施高考英语改革,高考英语教学与改革成为社会各界关注的话题。受观念、功利主义、传统惯习等因素的影响,高中英语教学面临着系列问题,可以通过改变固有看法,重新确立人才衡量观念;推行多元教学,努力提高教师教学能力;倡导多元评价,追求教育的公平和公正;改变学习方式,形成对英语的理性认识等途径来推进高考英语改革的进程。With the promulgation of policies and guidelines of new reform of college entrance examination,another round of reform is carried out nationwide and English teaching based on college entrance examination has become a hot issue in China. Influenced by the factors as concepts,utilitarianism and habitual practice,senior high school English teaching is faced with a series of problems which can be tackled by changing the traditional views and formulating new concepts of talents evaluation,enhancing teachers’ teaching ability by adopting multi-teaching mode,pursuing education equity by advocating multi-evaluation, altering learning approach to form rational understanding of English learning. These responses can give impetus to the new reform of college entrance examination.
