摘  要:为了研究甘氨酰-谷氨酰胺(Gly-Gln)和牛磺酸(Tau)对断奶仔猪血液抗氧化功能的影响,以28日龄杜长大断奶仔猪为研究对象,采用随机区组设计法将72头健康、体重相近仔猪分为4组,每组3个重复,每重复6头,公母各半,进行为期28 d的饲养试验。4个处理组分别为:基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+0. 25%甘氨酰谷氨酰胺(Gly-Gln组)、基础日粮+0. 1%牛磺酸(Tau组)、基础日粮+0. 25%甘氨酰谷氨酰胺+0. 1%牛磺酸(复配组)。结果:Tau组中的血浆中超氧化歧化酶活性(SOD)显著高于对照组(P<0. 05);对于谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性,除Gly-Gln组在第7天显著高于对照组,第14、21及28天差异均不显著(P>0. 05)。对于还原型谷胱甘肽含量(GSH),在第14和21天Gly-Gln组极显著高于对照组(P<0. 01);对于血浆碱性磷酸酶活性(AKP),Gly-Gln组在第7和14天显著低于对照组(P<0. 05),第21和28天极显著低于对照组(P<0. 01)。研究表明:饲粮中分别或同时添加甘氨酰谷氨酰胺和牛磺酸有提高断奶仔猪血浆中的SOD、GSH-PX活性和GSH含量的趋势(P>0. 05),降低了血浆AKP活性(P<0. 05),从而提高了仔猪的抗氧化能力。The aim of the research was to evaluate the effects of glycl-glutamin and taurine on antioxidant function in early weaned piglets.Seventy-two 28±1-day old Duroc×Landrace-Yorkshire weaned piglets were divided,in a randomized block design,into four groups with three replicates,each replicate including 6 piglets. Four dietary treatments were used as follows: basic diet(CT),basic diet+0. 25% GlyGln (Gly-Gln),basic diet+0. 1%Taurine (Tau),and basic diet+ 0. 25% Gly-Gln+ 0. 1% Taurine (G+T). The experiment lasted for four weeks. The effects of the glycl-glutamin and taurine on the superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX),reduced glutathione (GSH) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in plasma of the weaned piglets were tested. The results showed that: compared with the CT group,the content of SOD in the Tau group was significantly higher than that in the CT group (P<0. 05). Their GSH-Px activity of GlyGln was significantly higher than that in the control group on the seventh experimental day (P<0. 05),but no significant difference was observed on the 14^th,21^st and 28^th days (P>0. 05). The content of GSH in the glutamine group was very significantly higher than in the control group on 14^th and 21^st days (P< 0. 01). The activity of AKP in the glutamine group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 7^th and 14^th days (P< 0. 05). The activity of AKP in the glutamine group was very significantly lower than in the control group on the 21^st and 28^th days (P<0. 01). It could be concluded that the antioxidant indexes in the plasma of the weaned piglets were improved at varying degrees by adding glycyl-glutamine and taurine in the feed,the activities of AKP enzyme were reduced in the Gly-Gln,Tau and G+T groups.Separately or simultaneously adding 0. 25% Gly-Gln or 0. 1% Tau could efficiently increase the activities of GSH-Px,SOD and GSH in the serum,decrease the AKP activity,and increase the antioxidant capacity of piglets.
