摘  要:对生物柴油发动机燃燒排放性能的优化,能够有效提高柴油发动机资源利用率。对生物柴油发动机的燃烧排放性能的优化,需要确定发动机燃烧影响因素,计算发动机燃烧发热率,完成对生物柴油发动就燃烧排放性能的优化。传统方法计算生物发动机环境背压参数,以此对发动机喷雾特性进行分析,但忽略了燃烧发热率的计算,导致发动机燃烧排放性能优化效果不理想。提出生物柴油机发动机燃烧排放性能优化方法。首先根据内燃机的功率、机械负荷、热量等因素对生物柴油发动机的燃烧的影响,获取发动机燃烧过程中的燃烧放热率,从而得到发动机工质质量,建立生物柴油发动机燃烧放热多维数值模型,对不同掺混比例下的燃烧放热特性和排放性能进行分析。实验结果表明,所提生物柴油发动机燃烧排放性能优化效果明显,具有可靠实用性。Optimizing the performance of bio diesel engine can effectively improve the utilization ratio of the resources. In order to optimize the combustion and emission characteristics of a Biodiesel Engine,it is necessary to determine the factors affecting the engine combustion,calculate the heating rate of the engine combustion,and optimize the combustion and emission characteristics of the diesel engine. The traditional method of calculating the back pressure parameters of biological engine is used to analyze the characteristics of engine spray,but the calculation of combustion heat rate is neglected,which results in the unsatisfactory optimization of engine combustion performance. An optimization method for combustion and emission characteristics of bio diesel engine is proposed. According to the effect of the internal combustion engine power,mechanical load,heat and other factors on the bio diesel engine combustion,we obtained the engine combustion heat release rate,so as to get the engine mass,the multi-dimensional numerical model of combustion of bio diesel engine,the different mixing ratios of the combustion characteristics,and emissions performance analysis. The experimental results show that the optimized combustion and emission performance of the diesel engine is obvious,and it is reliable and practical.
