摘 要:目的:分析百部及其蜜炙品挥发性成分的差异,以期为百部化学成分的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)萃取百部及其蜜炙品的挥发性成分,结合气质联用技术(GC-MS)进行分析测定,并应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:从生品及其蜜炙品共分离并鉴定出34个峰,主要为烯类,酚类和醛酮类;生品及其蜜炙品检测出14种共有成分,其中相对百分含量最高的成分均为茴香脑,分别占挥发性成分总量的40. 77%和37. 86%。结论:百部及其蜜炙品挥发性成分总离子流图的峰型相似,化学成分差异较大,本试验采用HS-SPME-GC-MS联用技术,比较分析百部及其蜜炙品挥发性成分,为百部化学成分的进一步开发利用提供科学参考依据。Objective:To comparatively study the differences in the volatile components between stemona sessilifolia and its honey processed product to provide scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the chemical components of stemona sessilifolia.Methods:The volatile components of stemona sessilifolia and its honey processed product were extracted by using HS-SPME,the relative percentage of each constituent was analyzed by GC-MS,and the results were calculated by a chromatographic peak area normalization method.Results:A total of 70 constituents were detected out from the raw and honey processed product,and among them,35 constituents were identified which were mainly alkenes,phenols,aldehydes and ketones.Totally 14 common peaks were detected out from the raw and honey processed product,and anethole was with the highest concentration,which respectively accounted for 40.77%and 37.86%of the total volatile components.Conclusion:The volatile components of stemona sessilifolia and its honey processed product are similar in peak features of total ion flow diagrams,while quite different in their chemical compositions.HS-SPME-GC-MS is used to analyze the volatile components of stemona sessilifolia and its honey processed product,which provides scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the chemical components of stemona sessilifolia.
