摘　　要：优秀的设计需要充分的沟通。设计沟通包含示能、约束、映射、反馈四要点,而工业设计和制度设计在设计理念上存在相通之处,制度设计也需要沟通。通过概括制度设计的目标,即指引、评价、确权、强制、激励、预测、有序、保障等,并在设计沟通四要点与制度设计各目标建立涵摄关系,可以发现用工业设计沟通四要点,可以为观察制度设计和运行提供新的角度,并为解决其中存在的问题提供思考路径。Good design requires full communication, and design communication contains four key points: function, constraint,mapping and feedback. Industrial design and system design have similarities in the design concept, and system design also needs communication, namely guidance, evaluation, ownership, coercion, incentive, prediction, order, protection and so on. And the four points of design communication system and each goal of system design have similarities, which can provide a new perspective for the quality and operation of observation system design as well as the thinking path for solving the existing problems.
