高职院校宿舍文化建设的实践与体会——以无锡卫生高等职业技术学校为例

摘　　要：宿舍文化建设是高职院校校园文化建设的组成部分,充分利用好学生宿舍这一重要育人阵地,培育健康和谐的宿舍文化,同时渗透专业文化,这对引导高职生正确树立三观、陶冶道德情操、提升人文素养、培养职业情怀具有积极的意义。本文以无锡卫生高等职业技术学校为例,分析了高职校宿舍文化建设存在的问题,就如何发挥宿舍文化的作用,开展高职校宿舍文化建设的实践,提出了自己的做法、观点和思考,阐述了高职校加强宿舍文化建设,发挥文化的渗透作用,从而促进学生在高职校园里健康成长的重要意义。The construction of dormitory culture is an important part of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges.It should make the best use of the students’dormitory,which is an important place of education,developing healthy and harmonious dormitory culture and infiltrating professional culture.It has a positive significance for leading higher vocational students to establish correct view on life and values,to uplift their moral sentiment,to improve their humane quality,and to cultivate their feelings toward their profession.Based on Wuxi Higher Health Vocational Technology School,this article analyses the problems existing in the construction of dormitory culture in higher vocational colleges,explains how to take advantage of dormitory culture and how to construct it,and elaborates the significance of enhancing the construction of dormitory culture and the role of cultural infiltration so as to facilitate the healthy development of students in higher vocational colleges.
